لوله انتقال آب و گاز از پلی اتیلن سنگین تولید می شود.این لوله,دارای مقاومت حلقوی و انعطاف پذیری عالی می باشد.مقاومت در برابر حرارت,عمر طولانی,استحکام مکانیکی بالا,مقاومت دربرابر فشارهای محیط و ضربه های محیطی, مقاومت در برابر تغییر شکل تدریجی و نشتی از بابت حرارت و غیره از دیگر ویژگی های آن می باشد.بنابراین ترجیحا این لوله برای سیستم خط لوله داخل شهر و اطراف آن مناسب تر است.امروزهاین لوله ها نقش مهمی در انتقال آب و گازشهرها ایفا می کنند.
